Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026Tattoo-Vorschau KI helps you describe a motif, have it generated as linework and place it on a photo of your body area. This policy describes what the app actually processes. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking.
1. Controller
Publisher of the app “Tattoo-Vorschau KI”. Privacy contact: stechplan@nadelglanz.studio.
2. What stays on your device
- Skin photos (camera or photo library) are stored locally in the app container. Image pixels never leave your device.
- Image analysis: Apple's on-device Vision extracts image labels, any visible text and average brightness.
- Motifs, canvases, sessions and previews are stored locally; your AI consent choice is kept in app settings (UserDefaults).
3. What is sent to services – only with your consent

If you choose “Nur lokal” (local only), nothing is sent to DeepSeek or MiniMax. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Please do not enter health or identity details in text.
4. International transfers
DeepSeek and MiniMax process data in China, which has no EU adequacy decision. Transfers rely on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Authorities there may access data and you may have fewer remedies.
5. Permissions
- Camera – photo of the body area
- Photo library (add only) – save the finished preview
- Microphone and speech recognition – speak your motif wish
6. Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you delete individual canvases, motifs or sessions in the app or uninstall it. There is no “delete all” function; uninstalling removes everything. DeepSeek and MiniMax retention follows their own policies.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
8. Children
The app is intended for users aged 16 and over.
9. Changes
We update this policy when features change and revise the date above.
